After every good meal serve this to your guests and you’ll make them really happy đŸ˜‰ A lemon sorbet is refreshing and is really good after a fish based main course. Let’s start! (this is archived under “desserts” but is actually served between dishes )

  • 400 ml of water
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 150 ml of lemon juice
  • 1 lemon peel
In a saucepan , stir the water, sugar and the lemon peel until the syrup boils and the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and remove the lemon’s peel from the syrup.
When cooled add lemon juice, stir and put into the freezer for an hour. After that take out ,stir, and put back into the freezer. Repeat this every once in a while leaving the sorbet in the freezer for a total of 8/10 hours.
Remember: the more you stir, the lighter and better your sorbet will turn out.
Serve in a flute glasses with a straw.
