Pasta with mini chicken meatballs

Thanks to M. for this recipe (wow lots of submissions today…keep ’em coming!). Let’s start!

Ingredients:

  • 1 150 gr of chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons of oat
  • Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of grated
  • 3 peeled tomatoes, with no seeds
  • 1 /2 grated onion
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/4 tablespoon of sugar
  • 30 gr of butter
  • 150 gr of pasta
  • A bit of basil

Preparation:

Put the tomatoes, basil, a bit of salt and water in a pot and boil it, mixing with a wooden spoon to properly crush the tomatoes, for about five minutes.
Chop the chicken in small pieces, add salt, add the cheese, the oat and the egg. Mix properly and make small meatballs. Put the meatballs inside the sauce until they cook.
Spice the mix and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
Boil the pasta in another pot until ready, strain , mix with the sauce, and voilá! dinner’s ready!
