Rice and parsley soup

rice and parsley

This is a soup my grandma usually does when she wants to prepare something quick, warm but not boring đŸ˜‰

Let’s get started!


  • 1 liter broth ( meat stock)
  • 100 grams rice
  • 30 grams of parmesan
  • 20 gams butter
  • parsley
Heat the broth, when it’s boiling add the rice and let it cook for 15 minutes.
In the meantime wash the parsley and finely chop it.
When the rice is cooked, turn off the flame, add the butter and while stirring add the parmesan and the chopped parsley.
This delicious soup is ready to be served!
