Tortellini with cream and ham

This is a very easy-to-prepare recipe that has been going in the italian tradition for ages…Hope you enjoy!


  • 30 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of ham
  • 500 grams of fresh made tortellini (if not fresh it’s still ok)
  • 200 ml of cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • a bit of nutmeg
  • parmesan
Boil some water and add salt…while you wait for the water to boil, prepare the sauce.
First of all put the butter in a pan and roast the ham in it for just a few seconds. Then add the cream and mix it for a minute. Add some pepper, adjust salt and add a touch of nutmeg. turn off the flame and cook the tortellini.
When they’re ready drain them and throw them in the pan with the sauce…sauté them and serve with parmesan if you like it 😉
